Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take? Orders arrive in 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost? Free on orders over $50. A flat rate of $6.99 applies to orders under $50.

Can I return my order? Yes — within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused. Email hello@snoutrish.com to start a return.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do? Email us at hello@snoutrish.com with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or full refund right away.

Are your products safe for pets? Yes. Every product we carry is made from pet-safe, non-toxic materials. We only carry products we'd use with our own pets.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link by email after your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for it to update.
